Updated 6 October 2026. This policy covers this website and its initial enquiry form.
When you send an enquiry
Fastest Finance collects your name, mobile number, email address, finance purpose, approximate amount, timing and preferred contact method. We also record your permission to respond and any separate permission for marketing emails or SMS, including when you gave it and the version of the notice you saw.
Submitted enquiries are recorded in our Google Sheet and an email notification is sent to broker@fastestfinance.com.au. These records help our team respond to you and follow up on your enquiry. If you don’t provide the required contact details and permission, we cannot send the form. You can still browse the site or email us.
We collect form answers when you press “Send enquiry”. Analytics does not record answers as you type or send contact details from an unfinished form.
What we don’t ask for here
This form does not ask for identification, date of birth, home address, income documents, bank details, account passwords or credit-report information. If you choose to proceed, we’ll explain what additional information is required and how to provide it.
Marketing choices
Marketing email and SMS permissions are optional and separate. Leaving either unticked does not affect your enquiry. We record each choice so future marketing can be limited to the channels you agreed to. Cookie permission does not give permission for marketing messages.
You can withdraw marketing permission using the unsubscribe option in a message or by emailing contact@fastestfinance.com.au. Tell us whether you want to stop email, SMS or both.
Website activity and cookies
If you allow analytics cookies, we record the pages you view, the enquiry steps you reach, which buttons you click, how far down a page you scroll and whether it stays open for 20 and 60 seconds, your device type (mobile, tablet or desktop), whether the browser has visited before, and how you arrived (for example a search engine, a social link, another website, an advertisement or a direct visit, plus any campaign labels in the link). We also record successful submissions and clicks on our email and phone links. Random browser and visit identifiers help us count visitors and group the pages of one visit. With this permission, the browser identifier and the way you arrived can be included with a submitted enquiry, so we can tell which campaigns bring enquiries.
We do not record keystrokes, form answers, full referring or search addresses, advertising click identifiers, your IP address or contact details in the activity log. We do not use advertising pixels, social media tracking tags or session recordings, and activity records are not shared with advertising networks. You can turn analytics off at any time on the Cookies page, which also lists each cookie and how long it lasts.
Who handles your information
Fastest Finance staff and brokers use the enquiry records to respond to you. Our website hosting, email and Google Sheets services process information to provide those functions. Licencee support may receive information where needed to provide or supervise credit assistance. Before a lender application or further credit-assistance process, we provide the relevant notice and obtain any additional permissions required.
Google and other service providers may process information outside Australia. The locations depend on the providers and account settings. Contact us if you need details about the services used for your enquiry.
Storage and retention
Enquiry details are not stored in browser cookies or local storage. Access to the enquiry sheet and inbox is limited to authorised people. We retain enquiry and permission records for handling your request and meeting applicable record-keeping obligations. Website activity records are kept for up to 90 days. Short-lived security checks help limit spam and do not place raw IP addresses in the sheet.
Access, corrections and complaints
Email contact@fastestfinance.com.au to request access to or correction of your information, withdraw permission or raise a privacy concern. We may need to confirm your identity before releasing or changing a record. We’ll respond and explain any further steps. If your concern remains unresolved, you may be able to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
To make a complaint about our service, email contact@fastestfinance.com.au.
